Are you a proactive and highly organised professional with a knack for keeping teams, systems, and schedules running smoothly? Join our growing team as an Office Manager and help drive operational excellence across our business.

🔍 About the Role

As Office Manager, you will be at the heart of our day-to-day operations, ensuring administrative processes are efficient, compliant, and well-documented. You'll oversee office systems, manage internal coordination, and support various departments—including project delivery, compliance, and contractor onboarding.

This is a key role that requires initiative, professionalism, and the ability to manage a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and support cross-departmental administrative workflows.

  • Coordinate project administration, scheduling, invoicing, and contractor engagement.

  • Maintain digital and physical records, including supplier contracts and project files.

  • Oversee onboarding and credential checks for subcontractors (e.g., plumbers, electricians).

  • Support timesheet tracking, service logs, and contract management for ongoing projects.

  • Liaise with ERP and NetSuite consultants for system documentation and scheduling.

  • Prepare internal reports and assist with compliance, audit, and regulatory documentation.

  • Act as a key point of contact for client, vendor, and regulatory correspondence.

🎓 What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.

  • Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP or PRINCE2) desirable.

  • 5+ years’ experience in office or project coordination, ideally in property, construction, or IT sectors.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with cloud-based tools (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, CRM).

  • Confident communicator with excellent organisational and multitasking skills.

  • Experience dealing with subcontractors, clients, and compliance documentation is a plus.
